Mary Jezioro, co-owner of SHIELD Security Systems and colleague, Donald Hahn will host a second webinar on December 13th at 2PM (EST) for the ESA Young Security Professionals (YSP). This webinar is the final virtual training event of 2011 and second that the Jezioro / Hahn team was invited to present for the YSP webinar educational series.

The YSP is the foremost national networking program for security industry professionals between the ages of 25 and 45 who are managers, or above, in a company that designs, sells, installs and/or monitors electronic life safety, security and/or integrated systems. The purpose of YSP is to provide education, mentoring, community and support to the industry’s next generation, cultivating these up-and-comers to be tomorrow’s leaders.

The subject of the webinar is: “How To Find A Sales Superstar,” and will focus on the importance of a creating a comprehensive job description in order to recruit, vet and train the ‘perfect fit’ security sales professional. “This is crucial, as experts say the wrong hire will cost a company, on average, between $30,000 and $45,000,” said Ms. Jezioro. “This event will focus on how to interview skillfully, sustain motivation and maintain accountability among sales organizations.
